Step Three: How To Play The Guitar |
It is time to put everything you have learned together to play through a bit of a song. To do this we will put a basic strumming pattern with some of the chords that you have learned. Once you get this lesson down you can click on the following links to learn take more beginner guitar lessons or to learn more songs on the guitar.
Take your time and make sure you have your G C and D chords down cold before trying to go through this guitar lesson video. Changing from chord to chord smoothly and in time can be a challenge for most beginners. Don’t be frustrated if you can’t switch from chord to chord perfectly at first. It usually takes some time to get it down.
You should be proud. Once you have finished this lesson you will officially be on your way to becoming a real guitar player. Practice your strumming on a regular basis and get ready to learn the major scale in the next guitar lesson.
